Advertise, update and inform your audience with the use of customized digital flyer. These graphics are normally use for events, classes, trainings, infographics and hostings! We offer both Instagram feed (1080x1080) and Instagram story (1080x1920) size designs, as well as offer the “Double Feed” option for clients that want optimal advertising opportunities. These designs look best when you have professionally shot images and client photos to incorporate into the visual.   • Flyer Design comes with 1 concept. Complete redesign due to change in design vision/materials (different colors, new information, new images) will result in a $30 fee.
  • All information must be entered through the website or sent typed out via email within 3 business days of the purchase date. Information that is NOT TYPED OUT will result in a $25 service fee.
  • Be sure to double check your information for grammatical errors, correct prices and proper spelling.
  • Please be sure to give yourself ample amount of time before your event to promote. We suggest that flyer orders are placed 3-4 business days before 2 weeks minimum prior to the event.
  • Flyers are designed at 750 ppi in Adobe photoshop. Low quality images will not be accepted. Please see our “Do and Don’t Content Guide” on our resources page!
  • CSGFX keeps all CSGFX logos on file. Clients that have received logo construction services from us do not have to send their pngs, only the images they’d like to be included.

  • Let’s talk about refunds:

    • After 1st draft concept are sent to clients, there are no refunds.

    • Refunds will be given in the result of no inventory for certain prints are available.

    • Projects will be CANCELLED if posted on social media prior to finalization.

    Revisions of any kind have a 1-2 business day hold.

    ALL PROJECT TURN AROUND TIME ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DURING HIGH VOLUME & HOLIDAY SEASONS. Although design concepts and revisions might be received on these days, Coffee Shop GFX does not work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or holidays.

    After the information inquires above have been filled out and payment has cleared, you are good to go!  You’ll receive a confirmation e-mail to let you know your transaction was successful and we’ve received your order details. If we have any questions about your order, we will e-mail you within 2-3 business days to inquire. Please be sure to email any additional information (i.e. logo pngs, photos or extra information) within 5 days of purchase.
